Scott Horseman Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. was established in 1989. We specialize in geothermal heat pump and radiant heat installation and service. Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive the highest economical performance and comfort possible from their heating and air conditioning systems.
We became a WaterFurnace dealer in 1995. Our company has installed over 300 geothermal heat pumps. We have installed systems in manufactured homes, as well as commercial buildings and homes 10,000 sq. ft. and larger. Our company is one of the largest, most experienced geothermal dealers in Central Virginia. In 2000 and 2001 we were the top dealer for WaterFurnace in the Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia territories. In 2007 and 2008 we were the top dealer in Virginia. Our company consistently stays in the top ten. We take pride in our company’s reputation for high standards in quality workmanship, service, education, and training.
In order to continue our goal of offering the highest efficiency in heating, we joined the radiant industry. We are members of the Radiant Panel Association and have become certified as a RPA Installer. Our company has completed many projects which range from a single room to homes of all sizes to commercial buildings. Our installations include the use of geothermal heat pumps, high efficiency gas boilers, and instantaneous water heaters.
