Thanks to you and your crew for a professional job on the installation of our Geothermal System for our house.

We have lived in our new home for approximately one (1) year. We are very pleased with our Geothermal Heating and Air Conditioning System.

We are very satisfied with the monthly utility costs of our Geothermal System. As you are aware, we have an all-electric home and only use propane for the fireplaces and exterior grille. Our electrical bills for our house (approximately 7500 sq. ft.) have averaged 187.23 per month since we moved in.

We also like the fact that there are no unsightly exterior HVAC units outside of the house.

Also, we are thrilled with the Geothermal In-Floor Heating System in the lower level of our house. As a result of this system, the Lower Level of the house is very warm and cozy. We have been in many lake homes where the floor is cold and the lower level is not as livable as the rest of the house. This is not the situation with our house; the lower level is just as warm and comfortable as the rest of the house.

We are very pleased that we made the decision to heat and cool our new home with a Geothermal System.

We studied the various geothermal installation companies within a 100 mile radius and we spoke with two of your competitors as well as you. we are highly confident that our research resulted in the selection of the best company. We are very grateful for the exceptional work you and your company performed.

You have proven to be highly knowledgeable and you possess an attention to detail that is rare in this day and time. Your honesty and integrity coupled with your professionalism have resulted in a wonderful heating and cooling system. My wife and I have built several homes and have lived in several others. None is as comfortable or energy efficient as this home. Your specific recommendations were incredibly valuable and contributed greatly to the outstanding results. This is especially impressive given the fact that the design and installation of our complex home was considerably more difficult than a traditional home. You have exceeded our highest expectations. After living with WaterFurnace for almost a month now, I wanted to let you know that if it doesn’t save us a penny in electrical cost, the new furnace is worth every dollar!

The heat is so even throughout the house, even our bathroom at the other end of the house is the same temperature as the rest of the house. And quiet, the only way I know it is running is to check the thermostat!

Needless to say we are extremely pleased, both with the installation your crew performed and the WaterFurnace itself.

My wife, Kim, and I were building a home in the area and needed someone who knew about Radiant Floor Heating. Scott Horseman came with builder’s recommendations, and once contacted, Scott responded with a wealth of information to get us started. During the installation by his company, Scott tirelessly worked with Radiant Panel Association to assure us that we were proceeding in the right direction. He answered all our first time user questions and kept us abreast of the latest and best technology. I can honestly say that without Scott and his efforts, this project would not have been completed.
